Emma + Jake are the adventurous type, consistently travelling around together and seeking out new moments to share with each other. Their love for gin and botanical decor made this wedding one of my absolute favourites. I felt myself walking round with my mouth wide open in complete awe and love for what they had created. Their incredible friends and family came together for their special day and it was filled with continuous laughter and a whole lotta love. This couple were one of a kind and I was so happy they chose me to help capture the most wonderful moments for them.

The weather throughout their day was a mixture of blazing sunshine with 23+ degree heat and long lasting thunderstorms. However, from the pictures you would of never known. This pair were incredible when it came to quickly popping out to grab the best of the sunshine. In the evening, I noticed a break in the clouds and we had literally 15 minutes before the storm started again. Emma grabbed her dress and Jake grabbed his bride, we headed to the lake and the light couldn’t of been more perfect. I’d like to take this moment to thank them both for trusting me with my impulsive ideas, walking in the mud and listening to me sing to them whenever I got excited over the light. You made me feel like I could be my true weird self and I had so much fun telling your wedding story!

I’d also like to give extra thanks to my second shooter Carla for capturing the most magical candid moments and the videographer Alex who was an absolute dream to work with and I couldn’t recommend more.

Get yourself prepared for the most stunning bride, beautiful details and one hell of a twinkly venue.
