LET’S WORK TOGETHER
I think finding a photographer that you get on with is super important, mainly because they’re with you all day. I like to be on the same page as you, aiming for the same overall feel. When it comes to your wedding day, I’m pretty relaxed and happy to follow your flow and bounce creative ideas off of each other. Ultimately, couples that belly laugh together and don’t mind getting their outfits a little dirty, truly make my heart sing.
The next thing you should know about me is that I absolutely adore weddings and I am completely head over heels in love with my job as a wedding photographer, this is why I will always help you along your wedding planning journey in any way that I can. Once you’ve booked me for your day, I’ll send you my online wedding guide with supplier recommendations, a helping hand with things you may not of thought about and tips on how to get the most out of me, photographing your day. I’m here for you to pick my brain about all things weddings!
I specialise in candid moments and couple portraits. I’m there to capture your day as it unfolds so when you look back through your album it tells your wedding day story how it happened, which is why I don’t force moments. I’m not a lover of forcing smiles or overly posed photos. I’ll direct when I’m needed, usually for group shots and your couple portraits, but trust me when I say that there will never be a dull, awkward moment. I’ll always make sure you’re having fun when I’m working with the two of you away from the crowds, even if you’re camera shy, I know how to get you laughing and capture those in between moments that make you two YOU.
During full day coverage, I aim to capture two separate couple sessions, they usually take place just after your ceremony and then another after your meal if the sun’s playing out and golden hour is go. They don’t take long, I’m not the type of photographer that will steal you for over an hour so you don’t see your friends or family. If the perfect backdrops are on site, I’ll steal you away for around 20 minutes each time.
