CONTRACT CHANGE TO ELOPEMENT COVERAGE
IF THE PHOTOGRAPHER CONTRACTS COVID-19
Let me start by saying that I intend to come to every single wedding in my diary for the upcoming months. If I test positive for the virus or develop symptoms which could suggest I have Covid-19, I will of course not be there to photograph your day. What I will do is treat this just like any other illness scenario, so you will have two options;
1. I will hire a replacement, I have professional wedding photographer friends who shoot in a similar style. I will then edit all of the images myself so you’re left with a consistent wedding gallery inline with the rest of my work. There will be no extra planning on your part as I will talk them through everything and will be a message away if they need me throughout your entire day.
2. Refund you all monies paid as stated on your invoice and void the contract.
PERSONAL WEDDING CANCELLATION
If the worst was to happen and you decided to cancel your wedding until further notice. Any payments made will not be refunded as stated in your contract.
VENUE LAW CANCELLATIONS
Due to covid-19 restrictions, your venue may be forced to close suddenly under new laws. If this was to happen and you would prefer to cancel your wedding all together rather than postpone, any monies paid will be refunded within 10 working days.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
Try not to worry too much and remember, everything passes with time.
We’re going to be okay, we just need to look after each other and ourselves. I’m only an email away if you need me. Stay safe.
Lot’s of love,
